Ivan Reitman fake/ and he's a jerk too!

With the help of Production Supervisor Shannon Muir of Extreme Ghostbusters, GBHQ has revealed the "Ivan Reitman" to be a fake. AOL is currently taking action against whoever's account this screen name belongs to, here are some of the highlights of my late night chat with the fake Ivan Reitman:

 

Ivan Reitman: what are you filming


NetSolo: We're making a small indie film called "The Nerd Strikes Back." I'm in the director/editor hotseat.


Ivan Reitman: as in Indie do you mean Indiana Jones


NetSolo: It's pretty cool, a nerd who concocts a pill to make him his worst enemy, a football player.


ShanEMuir: After BLAIR WITCH, it's hard not to know what "indie film" means. Or you'd really have to be out of it.


ShanEMuir: Now you've thrown me a tough one. Depends on how much this guy pretends to be Ivan Reitman (assuming that's so), how much he knows. You could use things like the prodco I mentioned, or ask him what animated series he produced that wasn't Ghostbusters-related (MUMMIES ALIVE is the correct answer), I mean ask as if you can't remember.


NetSolo: Ivan, wasn't there a cartoon series that you produced after Ghostbusters? I could have sworn I saw your name on a producer credit elsewhere lately.


Ivan Reitman: Which cartoon was this


NetSolo: I can't recall the name. I think it was released at the same time of Extreme Ghostbusters, maybe even by BKN.


NetSolo: I was hoping you could help me :)


Ivan Reitman: I did not ever produce a cartoon series


ShanEMuir: Wrong answer, Troy. If nothing else, he's listed as a Ghostbusters producer -- so to say he "did not ever produce a cartoon series" is wrong to begin with. Keep him going...

Ivan Reitman: yea well I (dont you wish u knew who) am a bigger one

He then went on to call me such names as "home" (I'm not) and stated that Paul Rudoff said I'm a homo... Paul, care to comment?

Anyhow, who is this fraudulant character? Who cares, just some lowlife that came in from off the streets you know, jerks like this really make me not want to make this page anymore.
