First Game- twenty years following the Ghostbusters big bust at the Manhattan Museum of Art, the Ghostbusters have franchised their profession, expanding branches all over the US and Canada. The 'busters are looking for a few good men (or women) to join the Ghostbusting crew as a new franchise- or firehouse.

Firehouse Applications are no longer being accepted, we're working on sorting all the firehouses, and Adam Frank and I are writing the scenario and rule book (the original book, based upon the West End Games RPG was a little too dense). We've got a great scenario and appreciate all your feedback. Firehouse Leaders, please e-mail your companions, let them know gaming will begin soon. You will be responsable for passing on the rulebook as it will ONLY be sent to Firehouse leaders initially.

If you did not send in an application by Thursday, October 14, 1999 you are not eligable for play currently and will be able to enroll for the next game. If you DID send in your applications and don't see your firehouse listed, don't sweat it, we're working on it and they HAVE been received.

Ghostbusters International is a role-playing game plus some which is currently in the works by the mastermind at Ghostbusters HQ. Many will remember that a PBEM (Play By E-Mail) RPG was available at Bill Emkow's Ghostbusters Homepage, but has since disbanded and is no longer in operation. That is where we come in. Ghostbusters International will soon be accepting applications for new Ghostbusters franchises (as opposed to houses or armies, we'll utilize franchises) and assignments will be sent by the Ghostmaster starting sometime in April. In the meantime, I'm going to reinvent the wheel to some degree and start the RPG the only way that I know how; with a scenario of sorts to show the current position in the Ghostbusters timeline in which our simulation is to take place. Also, I'm currently working with veteran role players to make the most fun, challenging, and fair role playing game with it's own set of commands and plays- this won't be your average Role Playing Game- it'll be like a cross between Role Playing and online "Simming" as it's called.

So, looking to be a Ghostbuster and start up your own franchise to make you rich beyond wildest dreams (not to mention the fact that the GBs always seem to attract the hot women?)
