    A ghost that sucks the water energy out of it's victims is loose in New York. The EGB's manage to catch it. However, an ambitious young scientist finds the trap, sets the ghost loose in his version of a containment system, hoping to get rich of his "discovery." However, the ghost breaks loose, and sucks the water out of the scientist... and madness ensues.
