    A flock of ghosts is invading the city, and the EGB's are called in to save the day. However, they find that their weapons have absolutly no effect. Then, a mysterious person called, The Piper comes into the scene, claiming that he can lead the ghosts away with the flick of a flute. He manages to succeed, although the EGB's have found out WHY.
